I will be sharing some tips we can follow or implement our daily life. These are listed below.

1. When we are awake alive in the morning, thank God for it. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

2. Love your self more because you are unique and wonderful in your own way. Do daily at least 10 to 30 minutes Yoga and exercise.

3. Drink plenty of water at least 4 to 5 litres per day. Avoid alcohol, drugs and go to doctor every month for check up your whole body. Take less stress and try to stay happy.

4. Sit in silence and fresh place at least 10 minutes every day.

5. Eat breakfast like a king, take lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.

6. Live with the 3E’s (a) Energy (2) Enthusiasm (3) Empathy

7. Smile and laugh more and try to give smile to other. Your inner most always happy. So, be happy. Enjoy life each moment and try to think new things.

8. No one is in charge your happiness except you. Try to make at least 3 people smile each day. Each day give some thing good to others.

9. Make peace with your present so, it will not spoil in your future. Do not take yourself too seriously. No one else dose.

10. Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

11. Don’t waste your precious time and energy on gossip.

12. Your job will not take care of you when you are sick. Your family, relatives and friends will. So, stay in touch with them always. Call your family and friend often.

13. Spend time with the people over the age of 70 and under the age of 7.

14. Get rid of anything that is not useful, beautiful and joyful.
 
15. Make time to practice meditation, yoga and prayer.

16. Eat more foods that grow on trees & plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

17. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

18. What the other people thinking about of yourself it does not matter of your business. Don’t over do, keep your limits.

19. However good or bad a situation is, it will be changed. Time hales everything.

20. Dream more while you are awake. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. So, get rid of all those ill fillings.

21. You don’t have to win every argument. Agree and disagree.

22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need or differently. Will get what you really, really want.

Nowadays we are facing so many stress, mentally tension and many more problems. I hope some of below these tips can be little helpful your daily life.

1. Every day we are getting stress so many things work, relationship, other people opinion etc. The certain man take stress more and unnecessary but excessive stress very painful for us and not good for our health and mind.
You are not going to believe what I am about to tell you next.
It takes less than 5 minutes and can be done about you stress little less and feel comfortable.
You practice the technique first should understand of each finger of your hand represents of different feeling or attitude.

Today I will share some tips with you how to overcome shyness.

1. Accept yourself:
       It seems difficult and very very tough to me but trust me accepting yourself who you are is first step the overcome to shyness.

Let me explain I was on school I was very shy mid boy by nature but it took many many years actually become open and confident by my shy nature.

In this world no body is perfect, accept yourself be who you are that will make you appear confident. Appearing confident you will feel confident and slowly slowly you will be able to over come shy nature. Just remember no matter who you are, you feel you are amazing and make confident.

       Who is your front row? Let me explain: imagine some is performing on the stage singing, acting or dancing. You can like your front row audience, naturally you like some one who loved the most and support you unconditionally which means your loving family and friends. They are the front row in your life.

So, you need to start focusing on these relatives first of your shy nature. Try to talk to them more try to open up with them more as you continue do this, you slowly slowly come out of your safe zone and will be confident yourself.
That can you very fast keep your shy mature behind.


3. Stop comparison to anyone:
        Another effective way overcome shyness to stop comparison with anyone.
Let me know we have lot of people all over the world you have to stop compare to anyone you will be feel happy and respect you more.
So loving yourself, respect yourself and realize really you are unique.

4. Get out of your shell:
        Another effective way to overcome shy nature get out of your shell. A shy person always cover and try to in comfort zone but you really need to break out the shell and try to overcome shy nature.
For example as a shy person generally may not go to certain places where as public gathering lot of people, marriag party and new year party. But slowly slowly come out your shell and need to start attend party otherwise you may not over by shy nature.

Normally a party coming up but you skip the party.
Please take a small baby step and start attending a small perty, start conversation with the people. Few time back you will be a very confident and overcome by shy nature.

5. Do not give up:
        In stating point you will really fill worried, timid and try to hide a corner. But my promise is that you try to start conversation with family member, friend and known people. Understand some people treat badly but whole world is not bad.
Make sure that you do not lose hope and do not give up, continue to make effort and you should be able to overcome shyness.
Slowly, gradually, steadily start concertation after some time shyness will be behind of you.

6. Make a list:
        What list am I talking about? You need to note all the activities and task. you feel worried, scared, uncomfortable, shy etc. Make a list such thing such tasks and commit to that.
You need to complete every task on this list with sincerity and without any cheating. Then one fIne day you will snap out the shy nature.

1. We need daily exercise habits:
         Exercise is carry a main part of our maintain good health. We need to choose a early morning time for exercise daily 25-30 minutes and do meditation, it gives you to energy to make concentratio to complete any goal.

Take green vegetables, fruits it's crease our health and mental power.

Drink plenty of water at least 4-5 litres, a day, avoid drugs, smoke, alcohol and go to doctor in a month for check up.
