1. Do Yoga/Exercise daily basis:
Regular exercise can boost your self esteem and can help you concentrate.
Physica exercise plays a positive role in your mental health. Do daily 10 to 30 minutes Yoga/physical exercise that are proven to reduce anxiety and stress and put you in a good mental health.

2. Healthy diet:
Diet is maintain our good physical and mental health. Diet plays main role in mental health.
You can also consult a nutritionist for a personalized guide adapted to your needs.
Food is long lasting effects of your mental health.
Healthy balanced diet includes:
*Lots of different types of fruit and vegetables
*Whole grain cereals or bread
*Different types of Nuts and seeds
*Dairy products
*Oily fish
*Plenty of water.

3.Discuss about your feelings:
Talking about your feeling that can help you stay healthy mental fitness and its help you when you are in trouble.
Talking about your self is not a weakness, it is a talking part of your life what can make a good mental habits.

4. Enjoy every moment:
Enjoyment is a very important part of our daily life and making healthy mentally. Smile more when you are talking to each other.
Learn more how to improve your present and future which can be developed your total concept of your life and try to achieve your all goals.

5. Required maintain sleep:
Lack of sleep affects of your mental health and it can caused of your emotional and psychological problems.
Please take at least 6 -8 hours sleep and wake up early morning so you can get full boosted energetic day to fight every thing a day for achievements.

6. Drink sensibly:
We often drink alcohol to change our mentally thinking, some people drink to deal with fear and loneliness. 
When we drink wears off, you feel wrose.
Because the more drinking less thinking symptoms and change body language.
Drinking is not a good way to maintain tough situations.
Occasionally light drinking is a good health and make a enjoyable moment.

7. need a break:
Taking short break is necessary to make our good mental life. Taking a short break may you make very active. Some times you can go to kitchen to make some food or cleaning kitchen or you can help to your mother/wife to making foods.
Listen to body when you are tired, go to bed to take necessary sleep to fresh your mind for another next step.
