How to relax your body and mind:

    Hi all my cute guys hope all are fine and doing well. Today I will share some tips how to relax our body and mind with doing little exercise.
Nowadays we are facing so many stress, mentally tension and many more problems. I hope some of below these tips can be little helpful your daily life.

1. Every day we are getting stress so many things work, relationship, other people opinion etc. The certain man take stress more and unnecessary but excessive stress very painful for us and not good for our health and mind.
You are not going to believe what I am about to tell you next.
It takes less than 5 minutes and can be done about you stress little less and feel comfortable.
You practice the technique first should understand of each finger of your hand represents of different feeling or attitude.
How to relax your body and mind

Let see exactly what you have to done.
This your hand Thumb, Index, Middle finger, Ring and Pinky.
Thumb: the thumb helps you and try to control come bad emotion.

Index : the index helps you to control come bad fear.

Middle : the middle finger helps you to control anger and resentment.

Ring :  the ring helps you to fight depression and sadness. Also responsible for you to make decisive.

Pinky : the pinky making anxiety and making optimization and confidence. This finger represents self-esteem.

Lets repeat an again thumb-anxiety, index-fear, middle-anger, ring-sadness and pinky-self-respect.


Now let you know how you will have to use of these fingers to make less stress and confidence.
The harmonise the life energy of body grasp the finger of the opposite hand and wrapping all the finger and thumb around it. Now hold each finger for 1 to 2 minutes. You will feel relaxation.

In the next step you will have to open your right hand and slight press in the centre of plum with thumb of the opposite hand and hold it for at least 1 minute. It will help you relieve stress and feel relax.

Practice this  technique every day at morning so, you will feel more relax and comfortable.

If you practice daily basis you will be establish the balance  body and mind soon.
There are many other way to make more relax and more confidence like yoga, exercise, meeting with friends, massage, listening music and many more.

This technique is one of the best way to make less stress and confidence.
