Be a good listener:
Be a Good “Listener”: To be good receivers, we must listen actively and make a sincere effort to understand what the other person is trying to communicate to us. We have probably all had the experience of felling that the other person was not really listening- not really tuning us in. Perhaps the person who is too busy to take time to listen, did not want to hear what we had to say, or was busy thinking about what to say next. Active listening requires the development of specific skills which help us to accurately interpret what the other person is trying to communicate. One of the most important of these skills is being sensitive to the feelings of others, for as we have noted earlier, there are many situations in which we are called upon to interpret feelings rather than spoken words. So always listen to other carefully.
