Present wrold is struggling with health related many kind of illness. But good news is that we are always progress our treatment theory and discover new events of treatment.

I will be suggesting some tips of our health. How we can good care of our health.
These are listed below:

1. We need daily exercise habits:
         Exercise is carry a main part of our maintain good health. We need to choose a early morning time for exercise daily 25-30 minutes and do meditation, it gives you to energy to make concentratio to complete any goal.
Exercise and Meditation helps to our body proper blood circulation, stress free, make confidance, proper digestion, make energy, good relationship.

2. Take healthy diet an time management:
       Nowadays we are not aware our daily life due to many difficulties. that's the reason we forget to maintain the time management and take breakfast, lunch, dinner timely. So, we have lost physical health and illness take place our week points.
We need to little take care about our food and set time table in those all of work.
Take green vegetables, fruits it's crease our health and mental power.

Drink plenty of water at least 4-5 litres, a day, avoid drugs, smoke, alcohol and go to doctor in a month for check up.
Eat healthy, live health and stay healthy

3. Choose a time for enjoy:
       Enjoyment is a part of our healthy life. Do something you loved to do as a 
*Reading a poem or story book
*Listening music
*Play child
*Share your experience with parents or friend
*Spend your time at the age below 7 and above 70

4. Take rest necessary:
      Take a rest when do you necessary because it is an another important part our daily healthy life.
*When you are working take a little short break when it is necessary.
*Take sleep at least 7 8 hours at night, keep you fresh mind and body.
